  1. Delivery Locations

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £50.
  • A flat rate of £2.99 applies to orders under £50.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail or Courier Service)

  • Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking may be available depending on the courier service used.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, peak seasons, or weather conditions.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  1. Missed, Lost, or Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Courier service disruptions.
  • Weather conditions or peak-season demand.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
